Horrible
Nothing
I did not like anything about the apartment. I suggest people not to book this apartment at all. Something else was shown in the pictures but the apartment is pathetic. Closets were in a horrible condition, could not open the closet doors, ac room was not working, kitchen counters were damaged, tiles had shoe marks. Very dirty apartment. I booked for 4 nights but looking at tge condition I had to change my apartment. Instead of returning my damage deposit at 10am they returned at 11am. I still have not received my refund. Made my stay in singapore horrible

The location was great, close to some restaurants and just off orchard road near a MRT stop. Staff were messaging me regularly before arrival.
The sink was blocked and the water wouldn’t go down. The apartment needs a bit of a paint.

location to transport and orchard road excellent. Not noisy. Security person on front door. Given fob key to enter. All worked well
A one way curtain on front window so you could open blind without people walking past and looking in to lounge/kitchen area

comfortable and close to every thing would consider staying there again because of its position
Laundry but dry couldn't get drier to work. Balcony with hanging area great. Beds very comfortable. Airconditioner/ swimming pool once we found out about it. Three days into our 5 day stay. How close it was to transport and information centre.
NO where we could leave our luggage anywhere until room available. Difficulty trying to get key and communicate with office staff. Then only given one key to unit. Not being told about the facilities and how to use things. IE kitchen equipment. Not having milk in fridge. Only tea or coffee no other alternatives like hot chocolate. State of repairs need. Very dated compared to picture.
